Before arriving at the reception, please do the following
- Keep your pet on a food fast for 6 hours (puppies and diabetics separately arranged)
- Use your pet as needed before arriving at the clinic, unless a urine sample is to be taken from the pet
- Take the pet’s passport or vaccination certificate with you if it is necessary to mark them during the visit
- List the most important symptoms and their onset time
- List the medications the pet is using and when it last received medications, and if necessary, include prescriptions written elsewhere
- Depending on the symptoms, important information can also include e.g. the time of the last estrus, the amount of water the pet drinks per day, changes in urination, defecation or behavior
- You can send the laboratory and other tests done at another veterinary clinic to the address info@aisti.info, if they were requested when booking the appointment
- You can take with you or send by email info@aisti.info videos related to the disease (e.g. seizures, lameness)
